Where can I find cute, but sufficient boots?

I am on the look out for new boots. I have been looking for 3 years now. In 2006 I bought super cute boots;

These boots are now dying. The heel is severly worn out and now giving me blisters. This never happened before and now I am sad. Last year I bought these boots at wally mart for like 30 bucks, mostly b/c I was to cheap to go out and buy some legit Uggs. They are crazy hot, which is very disappointing. Next month we are going on a road trip to New Mexico and then Disneyland so my mission will be to find some cute, sufficient boots (decently priced). Can it be done? I hope so.
