Over this last spring break my sister flew in for a little visit. We had planned for a very long time to go somewhere within driving distance. Hello road-trip to NYC. Oh and all four of us squished in a tiny but extremely cheap hotel room that we scored last minute. We decided ahead of time to stay for 2 nights and 3 days including driving time and we had a BIG agenda. If you know the yawney family very well you can bet they can squeeze in a big agenda in 3 days and on the cheap {finest qualities I might add}. We packed a big breakfast and lots of snacks and drove ourselves to the big apple. Our first day was a bit chilly and it was insanely rainy but luckily we all packed warm clothes and an umbrella that proved to be of use during our time in NYC. Our first day we checked out grand central, viewed the chrysler building, times square, and shake shack. It was an insanely busy day that had us all excited and wiped out. New York did not disappoint.
